Aurora season in Murmansk Area starts 25th August and ends 16th April. Before and after this period the nights in Murmansk Area are too bright for observing Aurora.
Aurora Hunting Tour will be provided one night during the tour (Any night. It could be the first or second or third night during the tour. Which exactly you will choose according to guide’s recommendations and the weather forecast on arrival.) with best solar wind forecast and weather forecast.
Observing of Aurora is not guarantee because it’s a complex natural phenomenon, depending on a variety of conditions. Guides will do all their best to find a clear sky location but sometimes their work is useless because of the bad weather or low level of the KP Index. Keep in mind it, please.
